Alarming Ladder Complete Internship with Local Colleges and Universities

Alarming Ladder recently took on 20+ interns from various institutions as part of their 'Learning Ladders' program!

The program consists of a game industry brief allowing local college and university students from Colchester Institute, Suffolk New College and the University of Suffolk to complete work for a commercial game product.

Briefs such as concept art to content creation were completed by a range of talented students in Game Design, Game Art and E-Sport courses.

The work was completed remotely over a month to be flexible with the hectic summer schedule that students can have.

This month consisted of working with the development team, QA days on prototypes and talks with Elliot Jermy of Zeta Games and Max Elmore of Solar Flare.

The program came to a close with a showcase at the Suffolk Game Dev meet-up, where local developers were able to see all the work completed and congratulate a handful of interns who were invited along to the event.
