Requirements | • Proven experience as a Sales Manager with a distinguished track record of success • In-depth knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices • Delivering and applying consistent sales processes to effectively develop opportunities • Ability to sell and negotiate at all levels of decision-making • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and sales-oriented • Strong will for clean reporting (using CRM tools) • Strong self-management skills, goal-driven, and the ability to enrich the company's success with innovative ideas and a fresh perspective • Effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration • Ability to synthesize trends into actionable approaches • Fluent in business English (written & spoken) • Ability to speak German and/or additional foreign languages is a plus • Experience in working in the gaming industry and a passion for games are pluses |
