The event will take place from 1-3 September 2024 at the stunning Hotel Croatia Cavtat, a five-star resort and conference centre just 5.8 km from Dubrovnik International Airport (DBV).

The GDN Team have organised 55+ networking events globally across Asia, North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. We are using this expertise and proven success and are applying it to the video game industry to create an innovative model of networking within the field.

Our highly structured, but relaxed events provide an informal environment in which we remove all the hard work of networking for you.

The Schedule

On Sunday 1 September, we will enjoy a Welcome Dinner at 7:30pm including 2-Hour Open Bar at the Alverde Terrace. The next day it is down to business! Delegates will be provided with access to our bespoke online P2P Scheduler which enables you to select the companies you wish to meet and provides you options for the times you are both available.

Once booked, the meeting is assigned a table number and all the information you need is available on your mobile device, including the option to add notes. We even have a GDN Countdown Clock to ensure the meetings run smoothly and on time.
